FAQs

1. Do you offer delivery across Australia?

Yes, we offer nationwide delivery, including metro and regional areas. For Sydney customers, we also provide white-glove delivery with assembly service during our showroom grand opening period. Delivery fees for other areas are calculated at checkout based on your location.

2. Can I view the products in person before purchasing?

Absolutely. You’re welcome to visit our showroom located at 122 O’Riordan Street, Mascot, Sydney. Our space is open for walk-ins, or you can book a private consultation.

3. Are your furniture pieces ready-made or made-to-order?

Most of our items are in stock and ready for immediate delivery. However, some collections can be customized in size, material, or color. Made-to-order items usually require 6–10 weeks production time.

4. Do you offer interior styling or home consultation services?

Yes, we offer personalized styling services. You can book a 1:1 consultation in-store or online. Our design team will help tailor furniture selections to suit your space and lifestyle.

5. Can I return or cancel my order?

We don’t offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind or ordering mistakes, unless required by Australian Consumer Law.

If your item has a quality issue, you can request a return within 12 months of purchase. We'll assess the product before confirming any return.

Custom orders, clearance, ex-rental, and showroom stock can't be cancelled or refunded.

If we approve a cancellation for stocked (non-custom) items, we’ll issue store credit minus a 20% restocking fee.

6. Do you offer product warranties?

We offer the following warranties, in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law:

  • Furniture: 5-year structural warranty
  • Mattresses: 10-year structural warranty (excluding feather inserts)
  • Lighting & Decor: 1-year warranty (excludes light globes)

Please note: Warranties don’t cover misuse, relocation outside our service area, third-party handling, or natural variations in handcrafted materials.
